Nano Banana Pro AI provides AI-powered image generation and editing services. Users can create, edit, and transform images using text prompts and reference images.

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our AI models.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not use the Service to create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others, or to generate deepfakes or deceptive media intended to mislead.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Images generated using our Service with a paid subscription include commercial usage rights. You retain ownership of images you create.

You may not claim that AI-generated images are original photographs or human-created artwork when selling or licensing them.

Our platform, technology, and branding remain our exclusive intellectual property.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credits purchased are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Banana Pro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after account termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
