Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Nano Banana Pro AI. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Subscription Plans: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not used more than 20% of your allocated credits.

Add-on Credit Packages: Credit package purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Credits that have already been used for image generation

- Subscription renewals (you should cancel before renewal to avoid charges)

- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

- Requests made after the eligible refund period

- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our billing team with the following information:

- Your registered email address

- Date of purchase

- Order or transaction ID (if available)

- Reason for refund request

We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

- You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period

- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of your billing period

- Your credits will expire at the end of your billing period unless you have purchased add-on credits

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation.

We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside our standard policy, please contact us and explain your situation.

Technical issues that significantly impacted your ability to use the Service may qualify for pro-rated refunds or credit extensions on a case-by-case basis.
